Xbox Series X launches in Singapore Nov 10 at S$699.99

Pre-orders start 6am on Sep 22!

UPDATE: Pre-orders for the Xbox Series X and Series S will start at 6am on Sep 22. Participating retailers in Singapore include: Microsoft Store, Challenger, Harvey Norman, Qisahn and GameMartz.

The next generation of consoles are upon us, and just this morning Microsoft has announced that the upcoming Xbox Series X will launch in Singapore on Nov 10 at S$699.99.

Meanwhile, the newly announced Xbox Series S will also launch on the same day, priced at S$459. The smallest Xbox ever built, it’ll also launch on the same day. You can check out the reveal trailer below.

Pre-orders for both devices will start from September 22.

Meanwhile, as a super good bonus for all gamers, Microsoft also announced that all Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and Xbox Game Pass for PC members will get an EA Play membership at no additional cost starting this holiday.

This means Ultimate members can enjoy EA Play on Xbox One, Xbox Series X and S, and Windows 10 PCs, and Xbox Game Pass for PC members get EA Play on Windows 10.

“Delivering EA Play to Xbox Game Pass members contributes to our vision of connecting players to the games they love and each other, wherever they want to play,” said Mike Blank, SVP, EA Strategic Growth. “After 5 years of delivering subscription services to the Xbox community, we are excited to make it easier for them to enjoy both memberships together.”

It’s a relief that Microsoft’s new consoles will launch in Singapore at the same time around the world, instead of the usual delays we had to endure in the past. Together with the announcement of pairing EA Play with the Xbox Game Pass – Sony, the ball is in your court.
