Hit zombie TV show The Walking Dead is shuffling back onto our screens this October, and Fox together with SingTel mio TV have something special in store for Singaporean fans – an escape game version of The Walking Dead for fans to experience. Oh, and let’s not forget, the season 5 premiere in Singapore will be on the same day as the US broadcast.

Set to be held over two days on Oct 11 and 12 at a top secret location (to be revealed on the day itself), those who manage to get passes for the event will be able to take part in a The Walking Dead-themed game where they and their friends have to find a way to escape the room which they’re locked in.The room? Terminus, which fans of the show will recognise from the end of season 4. To escape, those in the game will have to use clues and tools in their surroundings to move from room to room within the time limit – or become a walker themselves.
Named The Walking Dead: Escape From Terminus, the event is going to be purely for SingTel mio TV subscribers. Still, shambling in is pretty simple: Head down to the the following locations on these dates with your SingTel mio TV subscription bill:

Once you’re there, you’ll get to redeem your pair of exclusive passes by presenting your bill at the redemption table – but only once you upload a self-portrait on the spot using the “Dead Yourself” app with the hashtag #miotvfoxtwd.

This event comes after The Walking Dead Live in January this year, when stars Andrew Lincoln and Norman Reedus invaded our little city for lots of selfies.
