Check out the regional scene at the Asian Board Games Festival
Ahead of GameStart this weekend, the Asian Board Games Festival will be the place to check out all things board gaming from the region.
Organised by Singapore-based publishers Origame, the Asian Board Games Festival takes place from 6pm to 10pm at PIXEL, at 10 Central Exchange Green (near One-North MRT).
Entrance is free, and you’re welcome to bring your own food and drinks (just, you know, don’t start eating the mooncake boardgame). Games will also be on sale, so you can support Asian designers!

Board games from Taiwan, Japan and Thailand – and Singapore – will be on show. Taiwan Boardgame Design, Saashi & Saashi (Japan), Board Game Academy (Thailand), The Floor Is Adventures! (France) and Singapore’s own Origame will be present.
There’s also a lucky draw, in case you want to win tickets to GameStart and keep the boardgaming going! Tickets to GameStart will also be on discount at the Asian Board Games Festival.
