Pre-registration for upcoming mobile tactical-RPG War Of The Visions: Final Fantasy Brave Exvius has started ahead of its international launch, gumi and Square Enix have announced. You can pre-register here for the game, which will be released on iOS and Android.
War Of The Visions: Final Fantasy Brave Exvius is a spin-off from the Final Fantasy Brave Exvius series, with combat inspired by Final Fantasy Tactics.
Set in the FINAL FANTASY BRAVE EXVIUS universe, the action unfolds on Ardra, a continent on the brink of war as individual nations struggle for dominance. Players will follow the stories of twin princes Mont and Sterne from the kingdom of Leonis, which possesses the power of visions, and Machérie, the beautiful Steel Maiden of Hourne. As they progress, players will need to navigate a variety of battlefields, strategise their attacks against enemy forces and summon powerful Espers to help turn the tide of war.
You’ll have to command your units to take on enemies on multi-dimensional terrain, making full use of your units and their various jobs, as well as elevation and orientation, to win the battle. It’s not a Brave Exvius game for nothing, with Espers playing a part in War Of The Visions: Final Fantasy Brave Exvius. You can also check out the story trailer above.
The international version is set to launch in Spring around the rest of the world, and will come in English, French, German, Spanish, Korean and Traditional Chinese, with voiceovers in English and Japanese. Pre-registration will help unlock various in-game rewards, shown below.
War Of The Visions: Final Fantasy Brave Exvius is hugely popular in Japan, where it surpassed more than 9 million downloads since its November 2019 launch. It features artwork from Final Fantasy series artist Isamu Kamikokuryo, and original music from Brave Exvius composer Noriyasu Agematsu.
