Limited Edition Xbox One S Gears of War 4 bundle comes to Singapore Nov 25

The Xbox One S – the slimmer, 4k-capable Xbox One – hasn’t even been released in Singapore yet, but if you aren’t already tempted, Xbox Singapore has revealed that a limited edition Xbox One S Gears Of War 4 bundle will launch in Singapore on Nov 25.
XboxOneS_LE_2TBConsole_GOW4_APOC_ANL_RGBTouted to be the first custom-designed Xbox One S bundle, the design is the result of collaboration between Gears Of War 3 developers The Coalition and the Xbox design team. The limited edition console comes marked, as if you took it into battle. The scratches on the console are laser etched, while the “Gears of War 4 Crimson Omen” controller features bloody thumbprints and custom markings on the buttons.

Thinking of getting it? It’ll set you back S$699, and comes with a download of Gears of War 4: Ultimate Edition for both Xbox One and Windows 10, a Gears of War 4 Season Pass and eight additional Gear Packs.

Oddly enough, the console will only be hitting our shores close to seven weeks after its Oct 6 release in the US. If you do get it in the US, you’ll get to play Gears Of War 4 before everybody else, as the game launches on Oct 11. Which means if you’re a hardcore Gears Of War 4 fan in Singapore and only want to play it on the limited edition console, you might want to be a little patient. Already own an Xbox One? Then you can play the game on launch day.

That said, Xbox Singapore hasn’t revealed when the normal Xbox One S will be hitting our shores. It’s already launched in a few markets overseas, but it looks like we can expect it … by November?

WIN A TRIP TO AUSTRALIA

Xbox Singapore also had another announcement on Sep 2: Watch the video below and win a trip to Sydney to partake in a week full of Xbox fun. It includes being part of the Forza Horizon 3 launch event, a Gears Of War experience at Bondi Beach, other games, as well as a tour of Sydney.

How to win? Take note of the question posed in the video, and submit a response on the Xbox Singapore Facebook page by Sept 12. Easy peasy!
