Huawei brings flagship MateBook X Pro to Singapore

The MateBook X Pro will launch with gift bundles in Singapore

After the launch of the Huawei MateBook 13, MateBook D15 and the MatePad Pro, the tech company is bringing 2 more devices to Singapore: The Huawei MateBook X Pro and the MatePad.

As part of this launch, those who buy selected Huawei laptops from 18 July to 16 August will receive gift bundles starting from S$250. You can check out the bundles at the bottom of the page.

Huawei MateBook X Pro

Aimed at the mobile warrior, the Huawei MateBook X Pro is the company’s latest laptop with its Ultra FullView Display for a “borderless experience”. At just just 14.6mm thick and weighing 1.33kg, the laptop is built for productivity and mobility. It features a CNC machines metallic unibody with a sandblasted finish that touts a smooth hand-feel.

The Ultra FullView Display comes with 3K resolution, with slim bezels on all sides, for a 91% screen-to-body ratio. The screen also comes in a 3:2 aspect ration, which Huawei says is more suited for productivity and content creation. The screen even supports 10-point multitouch and Fingers Gesture Screenshot, giving you more ways for laptop input.

Powering all that is a 10th Generation Intel Core i7-10510U and a NVIDIA GeForce MX250 running on 2GB GDDR5. And while you’re pushing the laptop with gaming or video editing, the laptop will keep things cool with its “intelligent cooling system and filtering technology”, and things will keep going with the 56Wh battery.

The Huawei MateBook X Pro in Space Gray is now available for pre-order till 24 July at all Huawei Concept Stores, online official stores in Lazada and Shopee, as well as authorised retailers.

The Huawei MateBook X Pro is now available in Singapore. Pricing starts at S$2,698 for the 16G RAM, 1TB HDD model with 10th Generation Intel Core i7 10510U with Windows 10.

Huawei MatePad

Meanwhile, the Huawei MatePad in Midnight Grey is also now available for S$498.

The tablet, touted to be for content creators, will feature a display with 4.9mm bezels and a 90 percent screen-to-body ratio, said to be the world’s highest for tablets.

To sweeten the deal for road warriors, the tablet even features wireless and reverse wireless charging, for cable-free use, as well as a source of extra power for your phone. The MatePad also works with the Huawei M-Pencil, as well as the Bluetooth-based Smart Magnetic Keyboard.

The tablet runs on the latest Android OS and EMUI 10.1. It also has all the other apps in the Huawei ecosystem, such as the Multi-screen Collaboration 9 function that allows you to connect your Huawei smartphone, to use two devices on one display. You also get MeeTime 10, the native chat function for Huawei devices.

The Huawei Ulti-Mate Deal

Besides the two new launches, the Huawei MateBook 13 (S$1,598) and Huawei MateBook D15 (S$998) will also come with a special bundle with every purchase till 16 August 2020, while stocks last.

Consumers can enjoy these deals at all Huawei Concept Stores, online official stores in Lazada and Shopee; as well as authorised retailers.
