With the 25 point tourney down the drain quite a few painters are putting in the final touches on some of the supporting miniatures; this week we have Wil painting up the not-used-often-enough Spawning Vessel and Acolyths. Our Journeyman League mini-tournaments seem to be growing ever stronger, with a nice 12-man turnout during the weekend. If this continues I really need to [...] DAMMIT, My Pyd Burrowers aren’t done yet! Real life through me for a loop this week, and I haven’t exactly had much time to paint. I mean, I’ve known about Warmachine for a while, but it’s never really caught my attention till today. Kakita’s models sure look cool though – steampunk Russians. Definitely haven’t seen that aesthetic anywhere before (Except arguably the Vostroyans/Valhallans from the Imperial Guard). Ah, what [...] OK! The points from last week’s Journeyman tourney is in, and there’s a pretty huge shakeup in standings! It helps that not only did Alvin win round 1 of the Journeyman League/Tourney, but he’s also been painting up a storm with TWO character heavies, including an Extremoth!
