Week One Hmm – well, this seems kinda interesting… I guess. I mean, I’ve known about Warmachine for a while, but it’s never really caught my attention till today. Kakita’s models sure look cool though – steampunk Russians. Definitely haven’t seen that aesthetic anywhere before (Except arguably the Vostroyans/Valhallans from the Imperial Guard). Ah, what [...] OK! The points from last week’s Journeyman tourney is in, and there’s a pretty huge shakeup in standings! It helps that not only did Alvin win round 1 of the Journeyman League/Tourney, but he’s also been painting up a storm with TWO character heavies, including an Extremoth! Meanwhile though, Wil and Jon aren’t about [...] Well, not exactly this just in, since it’s been a day since the announcement, but it’s definitely more timely that my post on PP’s Templecon announcements (more on that soon!) Still, it’s really exciting to see a major release for Hordes, and with plastic Warbeasts and battleboxes, it’s now even easier to start an army [...] The previous weekend held our first foray into the Journeyman league as a tournament, and I’ll have to say turnout was pretty exemplary.
